0008557: Wrong name of the postgresql-contrib-8.3 package

DescriptionIn the installation instructions of postgresql on Debian [1], it says that the package postgresql-8.3-contrib has to be installed. The name of the packaga, at least in debian [2] and ubuntu [3] is postgresql-contrib-8.3
