0008462: If date range is incorrect, the reports should not be lauched.

DescriptionIf date range is incorrect, the reports should not be launched.
Steps To ReproduceGo to any user interface which contains date range text fields, we can able to reproduce this issue.
Proposed SolutionMake validate() function returns false until the correct range is given.
