0008356: Hardcoded path for webservices attachments in 2.40

DescriptionLast branch revision has opt/Tomcat/webapps/openbravo/WEB-INF/attachments as hardcoded attachments directory in server-config.wsdd file.
Steps To ReproduceClone a revision of 2.40 branch and move to config directory. Locate the server-config.wsdd file and edit it.
