DescriptionSpecific examples: the need of knowing if a determinated country saved in the table as “C COUNTRY” belongs to European Union or to G8, Africa...
Proposed SolutionTo create a new table in the database that saves all the differents kinds of Associations (continents, economic associations, cultural associations.....) and to make that the countries stored in the table “C-COUNTRY” belongs to one or more elements in the new table.

 I understand this requirement but to properly assess its importance, could you please specify some business flows where you intend to use this information?

Is it for example intended to calculate different tax rates for international shipments within certain economic zones (i.e. extra vs. inter-comunitary)?

 We need to get a query against the database invoiced made to European countries and those from countries outside Europe.

 The need was made when we were developing a invoiced report, which contains a summary showing statistics on taxes. Statistics on trade between European countries, foreign ... We get to know from which country and which country is to check, but not if the countries belong to the European Union or any other group that was necessary.
