Summary, description and steps to reproduce are located at the end on purpose. Putting all the required at the beginning is the best way of inviting people not to fill the rest of the fields. In addition, the fields on top of Summary are fastly filled in, while you can spend more time filling the fields Summary, Description and Steps to reproduce. |
