| Description | Production Management || Transactions || Work Requirement One of the students tried to process a Work Requirement to get the operations created, but he got the following error message: ma_wrphaseproduct violates check constraint mawrphasprodt_prodtype_check He had no idea what the error was about. When checking his process plan: Production Management || Transactions || Process Plan || Process Plan >> Version >> Operation >> I/O Products the problem was that the top level product had a wrong Production type (non stocked product instead of Product Production (P+)) | |||||||
| Proposed Solution | Message should be user friendly. So for example: 'Error: one of the products in your Process Plan has an incorrect Production Type' Ideally it would even highlight which part is incorrect or in which phase, so people won't have to look at all phases | |||||||

Work requirement: 'Non stock product' production type reference list value disabled. It is not available anymore as a production type for I/O products in a process plan.
