| Description | REPRODUCED ON LIVEBUILDS When setting the safe box usage to have the unique initial count mode, and to display onluy the detached safe box at counting steps, all safe boxes are all the same displayed during the final count process. | |||||||
| Steps To Reproduce | On back-office : 1. On the touchpoint type, set the 'Unique Safe Box Initial Counting' to TRUE 2. Set the 'Safe Box Available for Counting' to 'Only Detached Safe Box'. On POS : 1. Refresh Master data 2. Connect to POS. 3. Select a safe box when connecting (if no safe box initially counted, proceed to initial counting first - the safe box SHOULD NOT be attached to be initially counted - you'll have to do a cash-up to disconnect and then attach the safe box) 4. Open the 'Safe Box Initial Count' menu : only the detached safe boxes are displayed -> OK 5. Open the 'Safe Box Ending Count' menu : both attached and detached safe boxes are displayed -> KO | |||||||
| Proposed Solution | When the 'Unique Safe Box Initial Counting' is set to TRUE and 'Safe Box Available for Counting' to 'Only Detached Safe Box', the attached safe boxes should not be displayed also at the final counting step. | |||||||
