0057718: Alert cashier error in payment at 3rd attempt

DescriptionWhen in SCO and the pinpad fails 3 times to get the payment goes through (at 2nd attempt) an alert must go off calling the cashier assistant and in the screen must shown "Asistencia en camino"

This number of attempts should be configurable in the SCO Configuration window.
