0055757: Switch to Self-Checkout should be enabled regardless of User's access

DescriptionSwitch to self-checkout button in POS application can be disabled if logged-in user has no access to SCO Application Mode. This behavior is no longer desired as it is possible to switch using a different user.

Also, we should replace the "Manager authentication" label in the credentials dialog and replace it with something like "User authentication"
Steps To ReproduceCreate a new User with a manual Role with access only to POS Application mode. After logging in with this user, the button to switch to SCO will appear as disabled.
Proposed SolutionCheck condition in executability rules both for SwitchToSCO and SwitchToPOS User actions and remove the condition that prevents those actions to be executed if the user has no access to the target mode.
