Description | Having the CRM connector without coding configured, the businessPartnerName & businessPartnerId are not filled when the credit note is created and printed or when we use it to pay a ticket However, using the menu option to open and print a credit note works correctly | |||||||||||
Steps To Reproduce | PRE-REQUIREMENTS: - Configure the CRM without coding at the Organization level - Configure a payment method as credit note to be used in WebPOS - Set Payment Provider as Credit Note Provider - Set Payment Method type as Credit Note Payment Type CASE 1 - Creation of a credit note 1.- Log into the POS2 2.- Add a product to the ticket. The business partner should be selected from a CRM connector 3.- Set the line as a return line 4.- Use the payment method configured as credit note for the refund RESULT: The credit note template does not show the business partner name correctly. You can check the data on the printCreditNote function of the front-end CASE 2 - Use the credit note as payment method 1.- Log into the POS2 2.- Add a product to the ticket. The business partner should be selected from a CRM connector 3.- Pay it with the credit note created in the case 1 RESULT: The credit note template does not show the business partner name correctly.
