Reducing the severity of this issue to minor. Some notes: - The number of active terminals is checked often, so its value has been cached - The cache resets every 10 minutes - If the precise number of active terminals must be checked immediately, users can open the Touchpoint window, set a filter on Active terminals and use a summary function to count the exact number |
