| Summary | 0054682: Wrong behavior about customer display after deleting a receipt | |||||||
| Description | What is displayed on customer display after deleting a ticket should be changed. Nowadays the last scanned product continue being displayed after deleting the receipt. Something else should be displayed before starting a new receipt, the welcome message for example. | |||||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Go to BO and open channel touchpoint Open VBS-2 line Configure the Hardware manager address Launch the Hmanager Go to https://livebuilds.openbravo.com/context/retail_translations_pgsql/web/pos/?terminal=VBS-2 [^] Start a new receipt add a product (example : Hiking boots) The product label / quantity / amount are displayed on customer display Click delete order and confirm KO --> The product label / quantity / amount are still displayed on customer display. | |||||||
| Proposed Solution | After deleting the receipt, it should be displayed something else on customer display as the product was removed after receipt deletion , for example - either welcome message - or nothing | |||||||
