| Summary | 0054439: Permissions are not created automatically when we create a role of type "Admin". | |||||||
| Description | When a new "Admin" role is created with the "Manual" check box disabled, the permissions are not automatically added. This may be a regression because in version 23Q4.1(3.0.234101) it works correctly. It is known to fail at least since version 3.0.234900. | |||||||
| Steps To Reproduce | In Livebuilds PI: https://livebuilds.openbravo.com/context/retail_pi_pgsql [^] 1- Login with the Openbravo user 2- Go to the Role window and create a new record. 3- Configure the record as an Administrator role as shown in the attached screenshot. 4- Save and verify that the permissions have not been created automatically in the tabs below. | |||||||

Axel, I am closing this one, as far as I understand it is not an issue. As part of this project [1], we changed the way permissions for automatic roles are managed. Instead of automatically creating entries in the subtabs, those entries are not created, and instead we programatically grant access for those roles.
