0053827: [AutomaticTasksUnassignment] Move code to proper module

Description

The custom code for the Unassign was included in com.openbravo.smcp.retail.fields module.

However, afterwards a proper custom AWO module was created and the code should be moved there: com.openbravo.smcp.warehouse

The goal is to move all related code of this functionality and test that it works.

The functionality provides a background process that unassigns all the tasks of the warehouse of an organization. It can be also invoked from a menu entry in the AWO Front End.
