PostImportEntry not being executed in some scenarios with multiple documents if the role doesn't have access to C_IMPORT_ENTRY

The problem seems to be in the following line

processedImportEntry = OBDal.getInstance().get(ImportEntry.class, importEntryId);

Introduced as a fix of 49438

Steps To Reproduce

Generate a message with 2 documents in the data array
Make one of the documents fail
Notice that the hook is not executed
Fix the EWI and check the hook is executed
