0000524: Filters permalink doesn't respect all options

DescriptionWhen filtering issues, there's a "Create Permalink" option. It doesn't use all the entered information.
Steps To Reproduce1. Go to the Openbravo ERP project.
2. Go to "View Issues", select "Advanced filters", and in "Type" choose "Feature requests". Apply the filter.
3. Click on "Create permalink", and test the given link. It shows all the types of issues.
