0005165: Purchase Order -> Copy from Order uses wrong date for tax-calculation

Description

This process uses the current date (today, when the process is run) as the shipment date in the tax calculation. If the order date/scheduled delivery date is not equal to this date the tax calculation uses the wrong one..
