0050591: Business partner category doesn't have translation tab

DescriptionThe business Partner category doesn't have a translation tab. Therefore the business partner category stay in the header name on the POS when creating/editing a business partner.

Proposed SolutionCreate a translation tab for business partner category.
The business partner category name on the POS should be the one define for the language of the user.
