0005058: Unused not working Process: RV_Order_Open

DescriptionThis process can't work a the defined process class does not exist. It is only referenced in a deactivated menu entry.
The process definition should perhaps be removed.

 I have verified that the process class that is referenced by this process does not exist anymore. The items proposed in the solution will be deleted.

As reported in 0005059. The view RV_order_open is not used anywhere. It should also be removed.

 Changed to feature request under the tracking issue 0007236. Clean-up for 2.60.

 That process (ad_process_id=121) was renamed to C_Order_Open in commit fc71020b033c5673948fff9375db1ad7df33ae8c in 2008.

The process with the new name was removed then in issue 37322 as part of bigger cleanup in 2021.
