0048520: Proof of Payment option is enabled when user is already in

DescriptionOnce user is in PoP context, PoP option for the current ticket is enabled.
Steps To Reproduce1. Go to "Orders" context (Left bar icon)
2. Search for a paid order & tap "more options" (icon: 3 vertical dots)
3. Select "Proof of Payment"
4. Tap order's "more options" button (icon: 3 vertical dots)
5. Observe the options & notice "Proof of payment" option
Proposed Solution"Proof of payment" option should be disabled since user is already in the order's PoP
