0048051: JIRA 2493 - KEYMAP BUILDER - Layout does not work well

DescriptionWhen wanting to access to Keymap builder on the FS environnement of our client, only 1 third of the screen is usable.
Steps To ReproduceConnect to WebPOS FS
Open Keymap builder
--> Tables included in that menu are completely compressed at left
Proposed SolutionCorrectly use the screen for this feature

 The problem is introduced in Flunch Skin customization, it changeset globally the ticket width and this changeset break other windows (like Load Remote Ticket, Switch Ticket, Keymap Builder, ....). To allow the Flunch Skin only change the correct window it will necesary introduce a CSS modificator at Ticket Window level (org.openbravo.pos2).
