0004753: Apache cache should be cleared whenever an Openbravo ERP compilation is executed

DescriptionAn Openbravo ERP maintenance pack or configuration change can introduce changes that require cleaning the Apache cache.
However, this is not possible in OBN as it requires root privileges.

For an example of such a problem see issue 4715.
