| Description | When a product is discounted, the amount to reimburse during a verified return has to be done by taking into account discounts applied on it. In certain cases, WebPOS reimburse a part of the amount of discounted product in the specific case described below. It is necessary to take into account all the discounts from the initial ticket during the return process. when the amount of the first ticket is equal 0, it works, the problem is when you have a part of your basket for free and you want return this part of your basket. | |||||||
| Steps To Reproduce | - Go to the Backoffice - Configure a manual discount of 100 % of a specific product in the promotion menu (In my case I have configured a 100% discount on main course) - Go to the till, update masterdatas of the till - Create a new ticket - add several products containing a product matching with your promotion - apply the manual discount on the related product - Pay (the amount corresponds to the total amount without amount of the discounted product) - Create a new ticket - Add a product - let open the ticket - Open sales history - Select the sales you have done and a verified return - Select product that was discounted - Apply - the ticket you let open, is now discounted (yet my product coested 0 in the initial ticket) | |||||||
