0046487: Apply discount with coupon and price adjustment leaves negative line.

Description

This issue is not reproducible in PI with modules environment. This happens in the 19Q1.1 version. Could someone give us a backport of the original issue, please?

Steps To Reproduce

The following are the steps:
1. Create a new discount with type Variable Amount Coupons. Check the field Uses coupon codes.
2. Create a new discount with type Price Adjustment with 10% of discount to some business partner.
3. Create an OTF Rule like the image Selección_646.png. Select the discount created in step 1.
4. In the WebPOS, register a new sales with a total of 33.47. This sales should generate a coupon with amount = 8.37.
5. In the WebPOS, select the business partner with the 10% of discount configured in the discount created in step 2.
6. Add a product with price 8.99. Check that the system add a discount of 0.90 euros.
7. Add a product with price 1. Check that the system add a discount of 0.10.
8. Add the coupon generated in the step 4. Check that the line 2 is in negative. The line amount is -0.02.
