0046070: AXISC3 integration plugin throws an exception in FAILED responses

Description

The AXISC3 integration plugin does not manage FAILED responses. It tries to get authorized amount, payment instrument type, ... and all these fields do not exist in a FAILED response

Steps To Reproduce

Start a regular payment request and cancel it to get a FAILED payment response.

While cancelling a Credit card payment ( AXISC3) if you click cancel, an unexpected message appears and stop the flow
