0046000: Impossible to define the keymap by default by POS

Description

The keymap by default isn't currently define.
It's alphabetically chosen at the start of the POS.
It should be possible to chose which keymap / which category of this keymap is by default by POS (POS A : keymap A category 1, POS B : keymap B category 3 for instance)

Steps To Reproduce

Start POS
The category / keymap by default is the first alphabetically.

Proposed Solution

Add a Selector field on POS level to chose which one is by default.

(0126538) guilleaer (manager) 2021-03-07 12:38	1. currently in touchpoint type window it is possible to select the default SCHEMA 2. for each keymap variant it is posible to define which is the default Category Default: If checked, this category will be automatically selected in POS when changing the schema of the application. If no category is selected by default, the first category will be selected by default.
