0004482: Review insertions into C_Order and C_Invoice to take into account IsTaxIncluded

DescriptionProcesses (both Java and Procedures) that make insertions into C_Order and C_Invoice tables (e.g., from requisitions or projects) have to be reviewed to make sure that they correctly put IsTaxIncluded value according to M_PriceList_ID (M_PriceList table).

In some cases, IsTaxIncluded value is set to 'N' arbitrarily and they would make 'Price Including Taxes' project useless.
