0043957: Discount: checkboxes on each line are incorrectly no longer visible.

For a specific discount category, the checkbox that allows you to select the products does not appear anymore. See Video

Steps to reproduce:
   1- Create a "Fixed Discount per Total Amount" discount: xxExampleDisc
   2- Login in Web POS
   3- Add more than one product on the ticket
   4- Select the disc_5_var_perc-5% discount. You can check how the checkboxes on each line are visible and functional
   5- Select the xxExampleDisc discount. You can check how the checkboxes are not visible. This is correct.
   6- Select the disc_5_var_perc-5% discount again. You can see how the checkboxes on each line are incorrectly no longer

There are two types of discretionary discounts: - Fixed/Variable amount/percentage discounts: using this, it is possible to select which lines should receive the discount - "By total" discretionary discounts: these are always applied to the whole ticket, they don't support selecting which lines should receive the discount. The discount (either amount or percentage) is distributed always among all lines.
