0042682: [20Q1] [NewSkin] [UX] Slight UI performance degradation on popup content refresh

Description

When executing actions or events that refresh one same popup such as the one displayed by the attribute selection buttons from the "Search" pane, the performance
has been noted to have decreased when comparing the current version with the new skin versus the preceeding versions of the application (19Q4 and prior).

This issue is reproducible in the Galaxy Tab A6.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Within the main webPOS page, tap the "Search" button to get the product search in the right panel
2. Tap on any of the attribute selection buttons
3. A pop up is displayed. Click the "Cancel" button
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 to check the performance of the content refresh of the popup

NOTICE that in 19Q3, the refresh is instantaneous, whilst in 20Q1 there is some noticeable delay
