0041050: full screen process definitions do not have online help

DescriptionProcess definitions that are accessible from the menu and seen as full-screen tab do not allow to open online help.
Steps To Reproduce1. Log in as System Admin
2. Open Log Management process
3. Click on Help menu in top toolbar
  -> Check Help option is missing, only About is accessible
