0040122: [RR19Q1] [UX] Usability issue on searching for several Gift Cards

DescriptionSearching for a Gift card having several ones to browse. The process of opening one, noticing it is the wrong one and looking for the next one requires too many steps until the proper one is found.
Steps To ReproduceScenario A: Seeking for a Gift card by customer name
Precondition: We have several gift cards for customer "Arturo Montoro", and we want to find one in particular (we do not know the card number)
1. From the main menu, open the "Gift / Credit notes" option
2. A search pop up named "Gift / Credit Notes" is shown
3. In the box, type "montoro" and click the search icon
4. All the cards for the customer are shown. Since we do not know the card ID, click the first occurrence
5. A pop up named "Gift Certificate" is shown, displaying all the information about the gift card. Lets assume it is not the card we are looking for.
6. Click Cancel button. You are redirected to the main menu, so you have to repeat all the previous steps to get to the second one.

Scenario B: Returning a Gift card by customer name
Precondition: We have several gift cards for customer "Arturo Montoro", and we want to return one in particular (we do not know the card number)
6. Since the Return button is enabled, click it.
7. Realize now the process is not correct, and in the next window, click Cancel button. You return to the search pop up, now named "Gift Cards Cash Management" and the previously selected ID is set in the search box instead of the customer's name.
8. Notice that clicking "Search" actually opens the selected Gift Card
9. Notice that in order to return to the previous state you have to click cancel and reenter the customer name
10 notice that if you want to cancel the process, you have to close the pop up and then cancel the Cash Management window that is now displayed.
