0039736: SCO allow to skip basket confirmation step

DescriptionBefore going to add the payment, there is an step which ask us to count the number of products in the basket to ensure that we didn't forget to scan something.
Would be interesting if we can skip this step.

Steps To Reproduce- Login in SCO
- Add products and continue to next step
- See count products step. This step is not strictly needed.
Proposed Solution- Add a preference to allow to skip this step
