0039042: [RR18Q3] When logging offline, a message saying "Data synchronization successful" is shown

DescriptionIn the main page after an offline login shows in the top right part a green message saying "Data synchronization was successful". This might be misleading since no actual server connection exists and no synchronization has been made.
Steps To Reproduce1. Login online and check the message reported is shown (as expected)
2. Login offline and check the message is also shown (not correct)
