| Summary | 0038589: Terminal gets locked when tax amount is not correctly calculated | |||||||
| Description | In the client BUT, sometimes webpos does not calculate the tax correctly. In this case, the terminal gets locked because BUT has the preference 'Web POS Save Removed Tickets' = Yes, so that, the same error is raised when webpos try to synchronize the deleted ticket | |||||||
| Steps To Reproduce | 1. Create a ticket with a product. 2. Error in tax calculations --> we don't know how to reproduce it. 3. Try to delete line/ticket. Same error is raised | |||||||
| Proposed Solution | -Improve the error message to inform about the line with the tax calculation error. -A solution to unlock this sitiation. | |||||||
