Goods Shipment can be invoiced although related sales orders' Invoice terms are set as Do not Invoice

Shipment lines associated to sales order lines with Do Not Invoice invoice terms shouldn't be available to be invoiced

Steps To Reproduce

As group admin role:
   Create two sales orders for the same business partner
   Create a Goods Shipment header, add the two sales orders' lines and complete it
   Create a Sales Invoice header and open Create Lines From
   Check the orders are not shown to be invoiced
   Check the goods shipment is shown to be invoiced
   Select it and check all the lines are also shown
   Select them and complete the invoice
