0037892: Expired sessions are not cleared out after reaching the limit of concurrent users

DescriptionThere are some sessions that remain active when they should have been deactivated upon reaching the concurrent users limit.
Steps To Reproducelogin and logout several times and check the ad_session table for the active sessions.
