0037720: Process plan version missing on the work requirement window

DescriptionA dropdown with the process plan version is missing on the work requirement window.
This should default with the latest valid Process plan version document number.
Users should be able to select which process plan version they wish to use in the case there are many valid versions.
Steps To Reproducecheck on the window that a process plan is used instead of a process plan version.
