0037061: Windows error compilation long package

DescriptionWhen compiling in windows an instance with the module "SEPA Direct Debit Customer-to-Bank (CORE and B2B)" it fails due to a very long java path to compile.
Steps To Reproduce1-Install an openbravo instance is C:\directory1\directory2\directory3\directory4
2-Install module "SEPA Direct Debit Customer-to-Bank (CORE and B2B)"
3-Compile the application
Proposed SolutionReduce the number of directories in the module "SEPA Direct Debit Customer-to-Bank (CORE and B2B)" and/or reduce the length of the names.
