0000367: DBSourceManager doesn't have "versions" in Mantis

Description

Currently, there are two major branches in DBSourceManager, one called "0.7x", which corresponds to the DBSourceManager that ships with Openbravo r2.3x versions, and the "Trunk", which corresponds to the DBSourcemanager that ships in Openbravo 2.4x versions. In the future, there will probably be more.

When I report a bug in DBSourceManager, I can't select if a backport to the 0.7x branch is needed or not, and it would be great if I could.

Steps To Reproduce

If I try to report a bug in DBSourceManager, I can't specify a backport to the 0.7x branch.
