0036360: Save information about last refresh on each terminal

DescriptionFor customers with a lot of terminals it would be very useful to save on the backend (i.e on application table) the datetime of the last full refresh executed on the terminal.
The date of the last login after a clean cache would be also very usfull.

That datetimes are very important when managing lots of terminals when you need to ensure that the terminals have the correct information.
