Summary

0036147: Use multhread to ping the status of the store servers

DescriptionIn the ServerStateBackground class [1], the central server makes a request to each of the registered store servers to ping about its current status. Right now this is done sequentially, a lot of time could be saved if this process could use several threads to ping the store servers.
