0035323: Changing the Business Partner of an order updates the Warehouse field although Shipment Route feature is not configured

DescriptionChanging the Business Partner of an order updates the Warehouse field although Shipment Route feature is not configured (hidden in Openbravo 3.0)
Steps To ReproduceAs group admin role:
   Log in with F&B España, S.A. organization and España Region Sur warehouse
   Create a Sales Order
   Change the organization to F&B España Region Norte
   Check that the Warehouse is updated to España Región Norte
   Change the organization to F&B España S.A.
   Check that the Warehouse is not updated. Should it be updated to the warehouse of the login?
   Select a Business Partner
   Check that the Warehouse is updated to España Región Sur (the warehouse of the login). It should not be updated as the warehouse does not have any relation with the business partner in this case
Proposed SolutionDo not modify the warehouse selected in a sales order if the Shipment Route feature is not configured.

Check if the warehouse from the log in should be selected when selecting the organization and in that case, move the piece of code in charge of it from SE_Order_BPartner to SE_Order_Organization

 Test Plan
  As System Admin role
    Go to Windows, Tabs and Fields window and select Business Partner record
      In Tabs tab activate Shipment Route Tab
    Log Out and Log in

  As F&B International Group Admin Role
    Set Organization: F&B España - Región Sur and Warehouse: España Región Sur as default
    Go to Business Partner window and select Hoteles Buenas Noches, S.A. record
      Create a new record in Shipment Rout Tab:
        Warehouse: España Región Norte
    Go to Sales Order window and create a new header:
      Check Organization: F&B España - Región Sur and Warehouse: España Región Sur
      Change the Organization field to F&B España - Región Norte and check the Warehouse is change to España Región Norte
      Change the Organization field to F&B España, S.A and check the Warehouse is change to España Región Sur
      Select Alimentos y Supermercados, S.A Business Partner and check no change is made to the Warehouse field
      Change the Business Partner field to Hoteles Buenas Noches, S.A. and check the Warehouse is change to España Región Norte
      Change the Organization field to F&B España - Región Norte and check no change is made to the Warehouse field
      Change the Organization field to F&B España - Región Sur and check the Warehouse is change to España Región Sur
      Change the Organization field to F&B España, S.A and check the Warehouse field doesn't change because the business partner selected has a shipment route configuration to España Región Norte Warehouse
