0034997: [UX][RR17Q1] Field checking notifications in popup forms are obscured by the non focused area

Description

Due to the newly introduced feature that transforms the Web POS forms into pop-ups, the top right notifications that check that mandatory fields are inputted appear in the non focused area and can be hard to notice. This is applicable to all the forms, whose notifications should be always shown.

The attachments show how the forms and notifications are shown in current version RR17Q1, and the previous one, RR16Q4.

Steps To Reproduce

This is one example of the several that can be
0. Log into the "Web POS"
1. Click on the customer button on the current receipt.
2. On "Assign a customer" popup, click on new customer.
3. On the "New Customer" popup, click the "Save" button. Notice how the notification is in the non focused area of the interface.
