0034723: Refresh variable after calling FIN_Utility.getDocumentNo method

DescriptionIn FIN_Utility.getDocumentNo method a parameter named seqParam is sent and some operations are made inside.
Afterwards, this parameter should be refreshed to retrieve possible changes made in the database.
This should be done for all the calls to this method.
