System wrongly allows blind returns even when the option 'Allows anonymous blind returns' is unchecked in organization window

Steps To Reproduce

System wrongly allows blind returns even when the option 'Allows anonymous blind returns' is unchecked in organization window

Precondition:

1. Login to ERP
2. Go to Organization window.

3. Open CAEN store and uncheck the option 'Allows anonymous blind returns'.

steps:
1. Log into a POS terminal.
2. Create a new ticket and add some products.
3. Click on 'Continue' button
4. Click on Menu and select the option 'Return this Receipt'.
5. Click on 'Total Pay' button.
6. Click on 'Continue' button.
7. Click on the check button.
8. Click on 'Done' button.

Expected result: An error popup wiil appear:
- Message: Blind returns are not allowed for anonymous customers

Actual result: Receipt gets completed.
