0033497: Record can be saved even after canceling the save with the prompt confirmation

Description

Having the ShowConfirmationDefault preference enabled, under some circumstances, it is possible to save a record after canceling the save operation with the prompt confirmation.

Steps To Reproduce

1) As System Administrator, go to the [Preference] window, look for the ShowConfirmationDefault preference and update its value to Y.

2) Log-out and Log-in as group admin.

3) Go to the [Unit of Measure] window and create a new record in grid view. Fill just the EDI code and name fields. After populating the name field (mandatory field) select the next record in the grid. The confirmation prompt will appear.

4) Click "No", notice that the previous record is not saved. This is correct.

5) Close the tab and reopen it again.

6) Create a new record in grid view again. This time fill the EDI code, name and symbol fields. After populating the symbol field (non mandatory field) select the next record in the grid. The confirmation prompt will appear.

6) Click "No", notice that the previous record is saved. This is NOT correct.
