0033414: Allow single server processing also in non-synchronized mode

Description

In non-synchronized mode always an import entry is created for a datasynchronization process. This should be prevented as in single server processing the replication is done for transactional tables and not for import entry.

Steps To Reproduce

Check current code of MultiServerJSONProcess and DataSynchronizationProcess

Proposed Solution

Change Datasynchronizationprocess to not create import entry if a specific json is being passed and multi-server is enabled.
