There are actually two pop up windows - Heartbeat Configuration and Registration. The first time the user logs in the Heartbeat window pops up. Whether the Heartbeat Configuration is accepted, declined or postponed, the next time the user logs in the Registration window pops up, going through the same process. Both windows are functioning as intended.

Hi Laurieb,

Please note that there are two separate pop ups. First one is for enabling Heartbeat feature. No matter your choice, when you log in a second time you are asked for registering the product. On third time, if you declined both windows, you will not see any pop up.

If you can confirm this is what you saw, I will close this issue but creating a new one about how a user can get confused about the registrations pop ups.

Thanks.

Yes, the first heartbeat pop-up seems to work fine if you disable it. That is, it only asks the question once. Its the second pop-up that seemed to repeatedly pop up even though I selected the declined option.

But now I can't repeat the problem, so please close this bug
