0032430: Make Mobile Procurement work with remote data preferences

DescriptionCurrently mobile procurement does not do the product query remotely when remote product preferences are set.

Also check/ensure that remote BP preference works.

The browse tab can be hidden in case of remote product preference.

Steps To ReproduceInstall mobile procurement
Set remote product preference
Login into mobile procurement and see that product data is loaded locally
