0032144: Create a hook to be executed before Before 'Button Add Ticket to Receipt' button is clicked on Stock Screen sub window

Description

Create a hook to be executed before Before 'Button Add Ticket to Receipt' button is clicked on Stock Screen sub window.

This hook will add the possibility to execute code in external modules when this button is clicked. Very useful to add validations, set new properties, etc.
